Returns All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. You need to inform us of your intent to return an item,and the reason why you would like to return it,prior to sending the package-please email us at: sales@fashionkids.co.uk Items to be returned must be unused,unworn,unwashed,free from smoke,perfume etc, complete with their original packaging and all the tags intact. Footwear must be returned in their original box. In cases where Fashion Kids receives items that are soiled,with odour,damaged or appear to have been cleaned or washed , no refund shall be given. The original receipt/invoice must be enclosed with the package. Where returned items are received without a receipt of purchase ,no refund shall be given. Fashion Kids reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred in the return of an item,unless there has been an error on our part. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post - we therefore suggest that you return your item using a "signed for" or trackable method. Any refunds will be made using the same payment used for the initial transaction- please be aware that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for original order. Refunds will not be given for any postage costs incurred by us in sending your order. If the return comes from outside of Europe please make sure that it states clearly "children's clothes" and " returned GB merchandise" with a no value so that the parcel is not charged import duties.
