Validity By placing your order customers accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is customers’ responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Pricing of all items are correct at the time of entering information. Owners reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and customers will be advised of any price change prior to shipment. Should the customer decide not to proceed with the transaction at the new price the order in question will be cancelled and no charges incurred. Availability of Stock. All items are usually despatched within seven days. In the unlikely event that they are temporarily unavailable every effort will be made to get the product in stock and an estimated delay will be advised to the customer. Warranties Customers warrant that the information provided for the order form is complete and accurate. Acknowledgement of Order When customer has completed the order, his details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to delivery. It will state what the items are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If the order has been unsuccessful customer will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when the order is placed we shall acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify the customer if the price has been incorrectly featured and amend it accordingly. Should the customer decide not to proceed with the transaction at the new price the order in question will be cancelled and no charges incurred. Payment We offer secure payment by PayPal, we accept all the major debit and credit cards via our secure payment system verified by VISA.
Returns All items are individually inspected and evaluated. If you should find a flaw then we do apologise and will refund the full amount, including shipping. However, we are unable to offer free returns for customers outside of EC. Customers’ statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if for any reason he wishes to return a product bought from Fashion Kids. You are free to return any item bought from us within 7 days and the full order amount will be refunded, delivery costs excluded. Please make sure you send us an email at sales@fashionkids.co.uk before you return any goods. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, free from smoke, perfume, hair, holes etc., complete with their original packaging and all item tags intact. Footwear must also be returned in their original box. In cases where Fashion Kids receive items that are soiled, with odour, damaged or appear to have been cleaned or washed or repaired, no refund shall be given. The original receipt/invoice must be enclosed with the package. Where returned items are received without a receipt of purchase, no refund shall be given. Limitation of Liability Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection Act, if we do not execute delivery of purchased goods within 30 days or other agreed period of time from the date of the order our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by the customer in the relevant transaction and the postage cost if the same had been paid by the customer. Safety We place great importance on maintaining the security of the information our customers provide and for this reason we use advance internet security system to safeguard our customers’ data. All the data sent through including credit/debit card number and name and address is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the internet. General If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected. The present Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
